Villa MIR - My Inner Rest is 2.500 m2 property with private swimming pool, children's playground and homegrown food garden. It is located in Poljica, Podbablje - a small village just 15 km away from Makarska and 10 km from Imotski.
Makarska Riviera is famous for its long beaches while Imotski is being well known for the nature phenomenon Blue and Red lake which are some of the largest sinkhole lakes in the world.
Space
This detached Villa has two floors. In the ground floor there is 1 twin room with extra pulled bed, bathroom, toilet, spacious kitchen with living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, utensils etc. In front of the kitchen there is a big spacious terrace with gas BBQ and view on hills which surround the village.
On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms with air condition and a bathroom. Two master bedrooms share balcony.
Villa is situated on the huge plot with spacious swimming pool, well kept garden (including garden with homegrown food) and four parking places. There are no neighbors overlooking the property.
Free WiFi is provided throughout the property as well as bed linen, towels, air condition and satelite programs. Villa can accommodate up to 9 people.
The advantage of the location is that all attractive places are very close, well connected and easily accessible.
Imotski is only 7 min distance from the Villa. It is known for its medieval fortress on the rocks of Blue Lake. Another phenomenon is the Red Lake which looks like an eye in the scenery. Both lakes are said to be connected with underground

Payment and cancellation conditions: Advance payment of 30% is compulsory. Advance payment may be done by bank transfer. If cancellation is received 60 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full. In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.
Pets: No pets are allowed in the house.
Other: A deposit of €200 will be taken at check-in. Smoking is not permitted in the house. However, smoking is permitted outside the house.
*Use of pool is between 15 May and 30 September.
