Villa MIR - My Inner Rest

Villa MIR - My Inner Rest is 2.500 m2 property with private swimming pool, children's playground and homegrown food garden. It is located in Poljica, Podbablje - a small village just 15 km away from Makarska and 10 km from Imotski.

Makarska Riviera is famous for its long beaches while Imotski is being well known for the nature phenomenon Blue and Red lake which are some of the largest sinkhole lakes in the world. The advantage of the location is that all attractive places are very close, well connected and easily accessible. Imotski is only 7 min distance from the Villa. It is known for its medieval fortress on the rocks of Blue Lake. Another phenomenon is the Red Lake which looks like an eye in the scenery. Both lakes are said to be connected with underground channels to the Adriatic Sea.

On the other hand, in just 15 minutes you can access Makarska Riviera which is part of the Croatian coast of the Adriatic Sea, about 60 kilometers long and only several kilometers wide, squeezed under towering mountain Biokovo. Sunny climate and long pebbly beaches make this region a popular tourist destination. There are numerous restaurants, bars and night clubs in Makarska but also you can take a boat trip to islands Hvar and Brač. If you are more mountain type, Biokovo is looking right on the village so you can pack your things and climb it. Medjugorje sanctuary, as well as Kravice waterfalls in Bosnia and Herzegovina are only an hour drive from the Villa. In just two hours of drive you can easily reach Dubrovnik, Konavle or Plitvice lakes and in an hour, hour and a half you can be in Split, Trogir or Šibenik. If you are interested in excursions to islands, national parks, zipline or rafting on Cetina river we can organize it for you. Vans will be picking you up and getting back straight in front of the Villa.

Entire place with its enclosed environment is reserved only for our guests. We speak English, German, Spanish and a little bit of Italian. You are welcome to our Villa.

Villa MIR – My Inner Rest can host a max. of nine people, the Villa offers you total comfort for your perfect vacation.

This detached Villa has two floors. In the ground floor there is 1 twin room, bathroom, toilet, spacious kitchen with living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils etc. On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two master bedrooms share balcony. Villa is situated on the huge plot with spacious swimming pool, well kept garden (including garden with homegrown food) and parking place. There are no neighbours overlooking the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property as well as bed linen, towels, air condition and satelite programs.

Villa has two terraces, one is ideal for drinking morning coffee and the other is covered with a grill perfect for dining and socializing in the evening with a drop of Dalmatian wine. From the terrace, there is a beautiful view on the hills but also on garden and the pool. The pool area has an outdoor shower and wooden deck chairs which offer another place to enjoy and relax. The entire space is quiet. The entire pool and garden environment is intimately illuminated to create the perfect atmosphere for a romantic summer evening.

Villa MIR – My Inner Rest is an ideal place for those who want to escape the stress, the city and the daily grind. If you just want a peace and quiet than just stay on the terrace, open the bottle of wine and enjoy in sound of silence disturbed only by the vote of the trustees.
Also should be mentioned that it is not unusual to see rabbits jumping around Villa since it is surrounded with untouched nature.
